Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020

A little later than normal, but none-the-less, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here. I will be honest, I was a little underwhelmed with it. I still was able to find a few great finds, but nothing crazy.

If you are new to the Nordstrom Sale, you may be wondering what it is and why it is so great? Well, its where you get to shop new arrivals for fall/winter pieces from your favorite brands at low-prices. Its typically their biggest sale of the year. The other great thing, I will mention is Nordstrom offers free shipping and free returns all the time!!

There are different card member levels in which you can start shopping the sale & normally, I would highly recommend becoming a cardmember to shop the sale, but I will leave that decision up to you this year. Even though things sell out super fast, i'd either take my chances or just cut my losses UNLESS, there is something you really are wanting to get.  

Things do sell out pretty fast, so I would definitely recommend making a list for the top items you want- so you can shop them first. 

My wish-list is small, compared to my list last year- but like I said, I am not that impressed with this years sale all too much...

SHOES: 

I have an OBSESSION with booties. They are my go to for work.. Now its been 6 months since I have really went anywhere other then the grocery store due to COVID and all that is going on.

Last year, the color “Tortilla”, which is the best light tan suede with a block wood heel, but they come in 5 different colors, including 2 snakeskin options! This year I am going after the Tuscan Taupe Suede (shown).

Yes, if you divide by 3- it makes them $28 each, which is how much Sephora sells them for.. HOWEVER, Sephora sells No. 3 in a 3.3 fl oz size for $28- so think of how much more you are getting for that price!

Summer Favorites: Sunscreen and Tanning Lotions

Summer time is just around the corner and the weather has been amazing here lately. Clear blue skies and fresh breezes of air. 

Today, I am sharing my favorite tanning oils/lotions!

TANNING OILS/LOTIONS

If you prefer a spray, like me (I hate the feeling of the suntan lotion on my hands, then you will absolutely love either of these two products from Australian Gold. They give you a nice golden glow as it works to tan you as well. 

Australian Gold Sunscreen

If you are more of an oil type person, then the Carroten oil is for you! This stuff works wonders and was highly recommended by my Greek friend, Renna.

Now if you like more of a lotion and truly do not care to get the lotion on your hands because you have to rub it in, then Maui Babe Browning Lotion is for you! Honestly, it works wonders and if I really want to get my best tan, then I suck it up and use this!

• The bold blue and/or yellow suit is a MUST. The tops are so fun & different. (neither ideal for tanning though, but for a fun pool party)
• The striped suit in the top left is just cute suit for a pool party but also the straps are removable with helps get you a decent tan.

• The top outer board shorts are HYBRIDS! Meaning they can be worn as everyday shorts or worn in the water as swimming trunks. My husband loves these!

• The middle blue ones have a fun Hawaiian flower vibe. Something that'll stand out.

• The bottom three are soft stripes! Really appealing to the eyes. 

The kids suits are just all so dang cute. Love all the fun prints and colors!
